  • Not receive marketing calls or texts before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone
  • Not be required to provide consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services

11.3 CAN-SPAM Rights (All US Residents)

Under the CAN-SPAM Act, every commercial email we send will include clear identification of Daedalus Contracting as the sender, our physical mailing address, and a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

12. Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
